This is a deep silence meditation retreat for experienced meditators and is a disciplined and structured retreat.
The retreat is designed to illuminate the natural peace in the mind and awaken the innate levels of empathy and compassion in the heart.
There will be sitting meditation, walking meditation, time for solitude and time for collective meditation. This retreat maximises the connection with nature throughout the property.
